Welcome to Brainstrain Music Productions, a site dedicated to art, music, and fitting the needs of both. I am Donald Rucker, owner/operator of the site. I am getting my hands in many things now. I offer services that range from mixing and mastering your music for you to selling my own music through digital download sites. As of now the digital download Cd available is entitled Valium one and is filled with close to a decade of learning how to find the exact sweet spot meant to tickle your brainstem. The majority of my music must be heard with headphones on, explaining why I prefer the digital downloads. The fact is, you cannot truly capture the wav on a compact disc yet on an mp3 player, or an Ipod for instance the sound stays exactly the way it was rendered. I use and endorse many products including IK Multimedia, Korg, Ableton, Magix, Akai, Yamaha, and more. My music is not what is considered traditional, as it is constantly changing genres from one style to the other..explaining the name of my band. The changes are so radical that every one of my Cds are different than the one before it making classification improbable. For a very nice Cd, I suggest starting off with Valium one. It is over 90 minutes long and I consider it to be groundbreaking for me, total relaxation mixed with a bit of smooth electronic/psychedelic tones and ambiance. This can be found in the products page. After this cd is the release of one of, if not the best Cd I have ever written, AfterMath. The release of AfterMath is going to be through a seperate label located in the UK..link there from my link page..SPM Soundtracks. For information on how I can help you with that certain track you may have written but recorded or rendered incorrectly shoot me an e-mail...I can fix anything. I learned by experience on that one, ever accidentally record through the wrong input? Point being if you have a recording you love, but think it is not able to be sold due to lack of quality, do not delete it. Contact me, and for a fee much less than you will expect it will be flawless.
